Developer Withdraws Zoning Application
We actually succeeded. The Cherokee County Commission accepted the developer's withdrawal without prejudice. This means that the land owner can apply for a rezoning without waiting the customary 12 months after a denial. That's ok, we at least have a temporary victory. We are right where we were before the requested rezoning. Thanks to all that helped with this victory!!!
